2. What personal data we process

Website visitors: When you complete a contact or booking form, we process your name, email, phone number and message. We also process technical data for operation and statistics.

Customers: We process contact and company details and the data necessary to deliver our services, including accounting and payroll data.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Delivering our services and performing the agreement - legal basis: GDPR art. 6(1)(b).
• Complying with legal obligations, e.g. bookkeeping and anti-money-laundering law - art. 6(1)(c).
• Responding to enquiries and operating the website based on a legitimate interest - art. 6(1)(f).
• Sending newsletters or marketing where you have consented - art. 6(1)(a).

4. Cookies

We use only necessary cookies and cookies to manage your consent (via iubenda). We do not set statistics or marketing cookies without your consent. You can always delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

5. Recipients and processors

We only share personal data when necessary. We use processors such as our hosting provider (Simply.com) and bookkeeping and payroll systems, and we have data processing agreements in place with them. As a rule we do not transfer personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA. Where we use Google Workspace for email, data may be transferred to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose and our agreement, and thereafter for the period required by law. Accounting records, for example, are kept for 5 years after the financial year to which they relate.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Where you have given consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You can lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency, datatilsynet.dk.

8. Security

We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures, including access control, encryption where relevant and ongoing review of our systems.
