What's included?
Running payroll is more than transferring an amount. Income tax (A-skat), labour-market contribution, ATP, holiday pay and pension must be calculated, supplements and deductions kept track of - and reported correctly to eIndkomst every month, on time. A single error can cost you fines or unhappy employees.
We take over the entire payroll. You send us the changes - new employees, hours, absence or supplements - and we handle the rest: calculation, payslips, reporting and settlement. You get one dedicated point of contact and a fixed monthly price.

Who is it for?
For you, with one or more employees, who wants pay, payslips and filings to run precisely and on time, without keeping track of rates and deadlines yourself.
What is not included
- The actual payout is approved and released by you in the bank. We handle the calculation, payslips and filing, but do not move money from your account without your approval.
- Employment contracts, terminations and HR law are not part of payroll. We run the pay based on the agreements you have with your employees.
- Negotiating pension schemes and choosing a pension provider is up to you. We handle the payment based on the scheme you have agreed.
- Time registration and scheduling are not included. You send us the hours and changes that need to go into the pay.
- Reimbursement for sickness and parental leave is usually claimed separately. We agree that specifically if it is relevant for you.
Good to know
We are only two employees, is it worth getting help with payroll?
Yes. Even with few employees, A-tax, labour-market contributions, ATP and holiday pay still have to be calculated correctly and filed on time. With the Light package at a fixed monthly price you avoid deadlines and errors and spend your time on what you do best.
Am I locked in if you take over payroll?
No. There is no lock-in and no commission. You pay a fixed monthly price we agree up front, and you can stop again if your needs change.
What if an employee has a question about their payslip?
We will take it. You get a dedicated advisor, not a call centre, and we reply within 24 hours on weekdays, both to your and your employees payslip questions.
