Add-on: Bill payment
As an add-on, we prepare your supplier invoices for payment in your own online bank via power of attorney. You approve every payment yourself under the dual-authorisation principle, and the money always stays in your own account.

What's included?
Bookkeeping is a legal requirement, but it doesn't have to steal your evenings. We take over the ongoing bookkeeping in your business: receipts, invoices, VAT and reconciliation. Everything is handled digitally in accounting software that fits your day - and you can always keep an eye on the figures.
Each month we reconcile your accounts and make sure VAT and filings are ready before the deadlines. At year-end, the accounts are ready for your accountant or annual report - without panic and without surprises.

Who is it for?

What is not included
- Annual accounts and tax return: we get everything ready for your auditor or annual report, but the final year-end is an add-on.
- Payroll is handled as a separate service, not part of ongoing bookkeeping.
- Paying your bills can be added on, where you approve each payment in your own online bank.
- The actual payment of VAT and tax: we calculate and file it, but you decide and pay from your own account.
- Advice on investment, pension and insurance: we are your bookkeeping and financial sparring partner, not your investment advisor.
Good to know
Am I locked in for a long period?
No. There is no lock-in and you can stop with ordinary notice. We keep you because the work is in order, not because a contract forces you to.
Can you keep up if my revenue grows?
Yes. The price follows your annual revenue, so the package can be adjusted up or down as your business changes. You are told in advance, never surprised on the invoice.
Will I end up in a call centre if I have a question?
No. You have Cecilie and Nicolai as dedicated advisors and get a reply within 24 hours on weekdays. You talk to the same people who know your business.
