How much does it cost?
It depends on the scope of your bookkeeping. Our price calculator gives an indicative estimate in under a minute - bookkeeping packages start at 750 kr./month excl. VAT.
Which accounting systems do you work in?
We do bookkeeping in e-conomic, Billy and Dinero and run payroll in Danløn and Visma. We adapt to the system you already use.
Is there a lock-in period?
No. The agreement runs month to month and can be cancelled with the current month plus one month's notice. There is no binding period.
How quickly can you start?

Can you help with my personal finances too?
Yes. We help many self-employed people get control of both their business and personal finances.
How do I submit my receipts?
Digitally - for example by photo or email. We agree on a simple, fixed routine so you do not have to think about it.
Can you take over mid-financial-year?
Yes. We take over your accounts as they stand, review the last few months and continue from there. You do not have to wait until year-end.
Who is responsible if a mistake is made to the tax authorities?
We work professionally and in line with good bookkeeping practice, and we carry statutory professional liability insurance. As the business owner you have, by law, the ultimate responsibility for correct and timely reporting to the tax authorities. If a mistake occurs due to our work, we correct it as quickly as possible and help put things right. Our liability follows our terms of business.
Are you auditors?
No. We are bookkeepers and your financial sparring partner, not state-authorised or registered auditors. We handle ongoing bookkeeping, VAT, payroll and advisory and get your accounts ready for the auditor. We do not issue auditor statements or audit accounts. If your company needs an audit, we are happy to work closely with your auditor.
What happens to my data?
We enter a data processing agreement with you from day one, and your data is stored in line with GDPR. We never pass information to third parties without your consent.
Can we meet in person?
Yes. We are happy to meet in person and come to you. If you are further away, we handle everything easily online.
